The place was in a classy and quiet area, and it was close to everything we needed.

Booked a spacious king room with a comfortable king-size bed, and enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's proximity to Chicago's outskirts, as well as nearby dining and shopping options.

We were very impressed with the room. An excellent value. The breakfast was also very nice. Will stay there again when in the area.

A tea pot would have been nice as one of us is a tea drinker. Some liquid dish soap would also be nice. We stayed two nights and using the dishwasher for a few items just didn't make sense.

The hotel itself was nice and clean with good facilities and reliable WiFi. .the beds were comfy, there was little noise.

I discovered that I had been overcharged for my room during my stay there. When I spoke to staff at the front desk they initially denied I had booked it for the price I had.. upon showing them evidence of my Booked.net reservation they finally changed the charged amount. However after I had left they charged me further $$ which I am yet to hear back from them as to why and what the charge was for..very dissapointing.

The beds are so comfy here, and the rooms are spacious, perfect for a good night's sleep. The location is great too, facing a peaceful pond at the back 🌿. There are plenty of food options nearby, making it convenient for dining out.

The staff were nice and breakfast was good. We were barely at the hotel except for 1 evening.

The shower was hard to turn on. We had to yank it. The jets in the hot tub did not work. Upon arrival we had barely any toilet paper. Over half of the tv channels had no volume. I was billed double and had to call manager.

The location is convenient, right next to great restaurants like The Saddle Room and close to Hoffman Estates, IL. The facilities are wonderful, and the hotel even offers a shuttle service. The staff is amazing and ensures you have a fantastic time.

The room we got was really nice and cozy, it had a shower, a comfy sofa bed, and the AC worked perfectly, just like they said it would. 🛏️

The roads around it were under construction so it was hard to get to and the location of the room wasn't that great; you could hear people coming up the stairs all night.

The room was beautifully designed with a kitchenette, toilet flooded, at least for me. The location to the Chicago area for business was particularly good and perfect.

The area was quite dirty.

The newly remodeled Hampton Inn & Suites in Hoffman Estates has nice-sized rooms. It is located in a peaceful area close to restaurants, shops, trains, parks, the Sears Center, various event venues. The rooms feature spa tubs for relaxation.
